The European Summer School in Chinese Digital Humanities, sponsored by the European Association for Chinese Studies, GIS Asie and Tseng Family Trust, will be held at Aix-Marseille University on June 20-25, 2022. The 4-day program consists of hands-on sessions in using different techniques and instruments in textual, spatial, and network analysis applied to humanities/social sciences in the field of Chinese studies. It is intended for graduate students and post-doctoral researchers without a prior background in the digital humanities. Participants will have the opportunity to present their own research and discuss the pros and cons of engaging with different kinds of digital methods.
